Transparent Pricing

At our online shop, all displayed prices include VAT for your convenience. Should you wish to view prices without VAT, or if you are shopping from outside Norway, you can easily customize your view settings or indicate your location during registration.

Before you finalize your order, we’ll provide a detailed breakdown of the total costs. This includes all taxes (such as value added tax and customs, if applicable) and delivery expenses (covering freight, postage, packaging, and any handling fees). This way, you know exactly what you're paying for, with no surprises.

Delivery

Delivery Information We strive to deliver your order swiftly! Normally, your package should arrive within 2-4 days after we receive your order. For a fixed price of NOK 79, we send all packages with tracking to your nearest post office or in-store post location. You'll receive an SMS notification once your package is ready for pickup.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day open purchase period from the time you pick up your item. Here’s how you can make a return or exchange:

  1. Check the Condition: The item must be unworn, unused, and not attached to the hair. Hair products are considered hygiene products and the hair netting must not been open and must remain unattached to qualify for a return.

  2. Pack It Up: Please return the product in its original packaging to ensure it doesn’t lose its shape or properties.

  3. Include All Parts: Make sure to include all items that came with the product, such as any buckles.

  4. Fill Out the Return Form: Complete the return form that was sent to you by email and enclose it with your return package.

  5. Send It Back: Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. Unfortunately, we do not provide free return labels.

  6. Processing Your Return: We’ll process your return within 14 days of receiving the item and will notify you via email once it’s been processed.

Please remember, products must be returned with everything that came with them to ensure you receive a full refund. Any items that are returned damaged or diminished in quality due to improper handling will not be accepted.

If your parcel is not collected within a week from your local post office, it will be returned to us, and you will be charged a fee of 350 including VAT, as per the post office's regulations.
